We are based in the state of Louisiana.We specialize in Yorkies,Toy Poodles,French Bulldogs of all colors & we also specialize in Maltese which only comes in white. I've been breeding Yorkies/Maltese/Toy Poodles for 15 years now & French bulldogs for 8 years now but overall  have been  dealing  .It takes alot of hard work and dedication in breeding dogs .I put in alot of work with socializing all my puppies before going to new homes ,they are all well mannered and well socialized & all come pre-pad trained .

If any life threatening issues are found at the time of the examination, puppy must be returned immediately to the breeder with a written statement of cause from a licensed veterinarian for a replacement puppy of equal value.

NO CASH REFUNDS will be made-NO EXCEPTIONS.

ALL deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. No warranty against Hypoglycemia.

Although we PREDICT the size and color of the puppy WE DO NOT GUARANTEE IT. 

(IF PUPPY IS PURCHASED AS A "PET ONLY" PUPPY WILL BE SPAYED OR NEUTERED BY PURCASHER AT APPROPRIATE AGE,as recommendbed by your vet,unless purchased with breeding rights!
